Herkules® Auto-Technika is introducing a new HIGHTOWER™ hydraulic tower – a solution designed for advanced repairs of truck and bus cabs. The device is a response to the growing requirements of workshops specializing in heavy vehicle repairs, where mobility, ergonomics and quick preparation of the work station are crucial.

Even more mobility and better handling

The new HIGHTOWER™ tower is even lighter and optimized for handling characteristics, making it significantly easier to maneuver in the repair zone and between workstations. This allows faster reconfiguration and reduces process preparation time for straightening.

The HIGHTOWER™ combines high structural strength with state-of-the-art technology to offer flexibility in applications. The new tower sets the standard for efficiency, safety and operating comfort in the professional repair systems segment.

Delivered ready to use

Unlike the earlier HIGHTOWER™ model, it is delivered fully assembled. This solution:

  • eliminates the need for installation on the user’s side,
  • Ensures factory-precision component alignment,
  • Reduces startup time to a minimum,
  • reduces the risk of installation errors.

The tower can be attached to an anchor stand in the workshop floor or by other methods approved by the manufacturer. It remains compatible with most repair stands on the market.

New wheel lowering and activation system

The new design has received a completely redesigned system for lowering and activating the wheel assembly, which facilitates the transition between anchored work and transport. The mechanism works quickly and intuitively and requires no effort from the operator.
