Devices previously available on the market mainly allowed for a static assessment of the frame’s shape. With the FRAME-EXAM™ system, we’re taking it a step further. Thanks to LIVE VIEW™ technology, the straightening machine operator can continuously monitor key frame geometry parameters during the repair itself. This eliminates the need for tedious interruptions to perform additional control measurements. The process becomes smoother, faster, and significantly more precise.

Laser-like precision and full mobility

FRAME-EXAM™ operates by using laser scanning with autonomous, battery-powered sensors. These sensors communicate with the control computer entirely wirelessly (Wi-Fi), ensuring order and safety in the workplace.

The system allows for an instant assessment of three key parameters:

  • FLATNESS – measurement of frame distortion (in the vertical plane),

  • ALIGNMENT – measurement of the deviation of the frame’s centerline (in the horizontal plane),

  • LINEARITY – measurement of the linearity of the frame’s longitudinal beams.

All components of the device—including the computer, monitor, printer, and tripod with a laser head—are mounted on a specially designed, mobile workshop cart that provides convenient access to the system at any point in the service center. The unit works seamlessly with any existing frame-straightening equipment (plug-and-play).
