Herkules AUTO-TECHNIKA was founded in 1993 in Bydgoszcz. Its headquarters are currently located in Białe Błota near Bydgoszcz. In the early years of its operation, the company primarily manufactured equipment for repairing and inspecting vehicles involved in accidents. In 1995, at the request of authorized MAN service centers in Poland, a system for repairing cabs was developed.

In 2006, the company began a close collaboration with the French firm GYS, which has since gradually become the most popular brand in the field of welding, brazing, and body dent removal equipment. Currently, Herkules manufactures a wide range of equipment for auto repair shops and distributes equipment and tools from several well-known brands. An important part of the company’s operations is the production of Herkules TRUCK™ equipment for commercial vehicle service centers. Herkules is the exclusive supplier of this equipment to the largest commercial vehicle service networks, the DBK GROUP and the GIBAS GROUP. Herkules TRUCK equipment is used, among others, at service centers for VOLVO, SCANIA, IVECO, MAN, and many other brands.

In addition to equipping auto repair shops, Herkules is a technology provider and manufacturer of equipment for the production lines of the German company MAN. Since 2015, Herkules has been working closely with the British company INNOVATION GROUP to develop its repair network. In 2021, a bus chassis correction system was designed and implemented for the production division at SOLARIS. Herkules AUTO-TECHNIKA has had a new logo since 2014.
