The device is designed to inspect and measure all necessary parameters of the wheel alignment, axles and frame shapes of commercial vehicles. It can be used both at accident repair stations, during mechanical repairs and diagnostics. In its basic version, it serves as a device for measuring and adjusting wheel alignment and axles. When the device is equipped with a frame shape measurement accessory, its application expands to include frame curvature detection.

TRUCK-EXAM™ is an electronic-laser device for measuring the wheel alignment of commercial vehicles. Vertical angles are measured electronically, and the measurement signal is obtained from miniature high-end inclinometers. Measuring heads in the latest version are also equipped with miniature gyroscopes that allow wheel turn measurements. Horizontal angles are measured using an optical method with semiconductor lasers.

TRUCK-EXAM™ can be equipped with Wi-Fi communication. It makes it possible to measure most of the parameters (CAMBER, CASTER, KING PIN, MAXIMUM WHEEL TURN, WHEEL TURN DIFFERENCE) in a single measurement. An additional advantage is the immediate and direct transfer of results to an app on a smartphone or computer.
