Herkules was pleased to take part in the prestigious Automechanika 2024 trade fair in Frankfurt, where it presented state-of-the-art solutions from the Herkules Truck Hybrid™ system. Our booth attracted a lot of interest from both industry professionals and potential customers. The products we presented were positively received, and numerous business talks resulted in the establishment of new and promising contacts.

Innovative solutions from Herkules Truck

At our booth, visitors could learn about the latest technologies and products we offer. Among them were:

  1. HERKULES RAM-TRUCK™: This is an advanced truck frame repair device. With precision tools and cutting-edge technology, Herkules RAM-TRUCK™ enables efficient and quick repair of damage, resulting in minimized downtime and increased operational efficiency.
  2. HERKULES CAB-TRUCK™: A system dedicated to repairing truck cabs. Herkules CAB-TRUCK™ offers comprehensive solutions that allow for accurate and durable repairs while ensuring the safety and comfort of drivers. For the first time, we presented to the general public the innovative CAB-MAX control™ solution, which solves the problem of limited visibility and access to the pin seating area, allowing full visual inspection. With the ability to remotely monitor the control panel, it significantly improves the safety of operators, allowing supervision of the work from a safe distance.
  3. Herkules TRUCK-EXAM™: An innovative tool for diagnosing and adjusting wheel and axle alignment of trucks.
  4. Herkules TRUCK-EXAM 3D™: This is an advanced, computerized device for measuring wheel and axle geometry of trucks with GVW over 3.5 tons. An innovative combination of technologies such as CCD cameras with infrared emitters, ultrasonic transducers and integrated MEMS systems with a multi-axis acceleration sensor has made it possible to automate the measurement process. The device uses radio transmission to communicate with the main control computer and wireless transmission for power, simplifying the entire process. As a result, measurements are fast, precise and take place in full control of the diagnostic program, minimizing handling time.
  5. HERKULES RAM-EXAM™: A measurement system dedicated to the diagnosis of truck frames. Herkules RAM-EXAM™ allows you to accurately determine the condition of the frame, which is key to ensuring safety and increasing the economy of vehicle use.

Automechanika 2024 was an excellent opportunity for us to showcase our innovative solutions and exchange experiences with other automotive leaders.
