Herkules Auto-Technika is launching three new products for repairing commercial vehicle structures. The new offerings include the new HIGHTOWER™ repair tower, the CYBA-MAX 400™ hydraulic press and the POWER KIT™ complete mobile hydraulic spreader kit. CYBA-MAX 400™ hydraulic press for straightening and riveting commercial vehicle frame parts

The new CYBA-MAX 400™ press, with a maximum force of 400 kN, is designed for operations requiring a high concentration of force, particularly in commercial vehicle load-bearing structures. Major applications include:

• Hot and cold riveting,
• Straightening of frame structural elements,
• Service operations that require precise application of high pressure.

The design solutions used in the new press have increased the unit’s range of applications when repairing a vehicle, and the new hydraulic system increases stability and durability during intensive work. The upgraded design allows easier access to the working area and improves the ergonomics of operation, increasing operator comfort and safety.

Mobility and organization – press on an ergonomic cart

The CYBA-MAX 400™ press, along with specialized accessories, is delivered on a specially designed ergonomic workshop cart. This solution provides:

• Easy transportation of the press within the workshop,
• convenient arrangement of modules and adapters,
• Secure storage of accessories in one system.

As a result, the device can be quickly moved between workstations and easily integrated into various repair processes. Due to its heavy weight, the CYBA-MAX 400™ is suspended from material handling equipment such as overhead cranes.
