HERKULES FRAME-EXAM™
The new FRAME-EXAM™ computerized measurement system is designed for diagnosing the frames of tractor-trailers, semi-trailers, and other commercial vehicles. The device can be used in repair shops, diagnostic stations, and transportation depots—anywhere where a quick and precise assessment of frame geometry is required.
In repair shops, FRAME-EXAM™ is compatible with any repair equipment and does not require any adaptation or special workstation setup.
Unlike currently used measuring devices, which are primarily designed to diagnose the shape of car frames, FRAME-EXAM™ can also serve as a system that supports direct repairs—that is, frame straightening with monitoring via the LIVE VIEW™ system. The operator of the frame-straightening equipment can monitor the most important parameters determining the frame’s shape in real time on the screen. This allows the repair process to be carried out in a more controlled manner, without having to interrupt work just to perform another control measurement.
The FRAME-EXAM™ device is designed as a wireless system in which sensors placed on the frame being examined connect to a control computer via Wi-Fi. The device is managed by specialized software developed for the FRAME-EXAM™ system, which enables the recording, analysis, and real-time display of measurement results. The software was developed with practical workshop operations in mind, so that the operator can clearly monitor the most important frame parameters during diagnostics and directly during repairs.
The accessories and the control computer, along with the laser head, are mounted on a specialized workshop cart designed entirely for the FRAME-EXAM™ system. This design ensures the device’s mobility, keeps the workstation organized, and provides convenient access to all system components during diagnostics and repairs.
