HERKULES BUS™
The design of the Herkules BUS service station makes it possible to carry out repairs to the side plating of vehicles in stages, while maintaining full mobility and freedom in the organization of the working space. Thanks to the use of a properly sized truss and a transverse support beam, it is possible to carry out work on both large city buses, cruise buses and smaller vehicles of the midibus segment.
The system’s components – support towers, C-type hydraulic presses, spreaders, chains and adapter sets – can be configured depending on the scope of repairs to be carried out. The solution allows for convenient attachment and precise straightening of structural components, while providing easy access to individual repair zones.
The Herkules BUS workstation is designed for high comfort of use. The mobile design on wheels allows the unit to be moved quickly, thus maximizing the use of available workshop space. The solution proves itself in intensive operating conditions, typical of large fleet operators and public transportation facilities.
Thanks to the modular design of the system, it is possible to further expand it with specialized tools, such as equipment for straightening support beams or riveting systems. This approach guarantees flexibility in adapting the equipment to the specific design requirements of vehicles from different manufacturers.
HIGHTOWER HYBRID™ hydraulic tower – the heart of the bus repair system
Purpose of the HIGHTOWER HYBRID™ tower.
The HIGHTOWER HYBRID™ hydraulic tower is not only used for repairing commercial vehicle cabs and frames, but also forms the basis of an effective kit designed for repairing buses.
It can be used with an anchor stand embedded in the floor of the workshop or attached by other means approved by the manufacturer. The tower is compatible with most repair stands manufactured in the world.
Attachment to the truss
Before starting work, the tower must be firmly anchored to the stand. Do not use fasteners other than the “mounting anchor”.
Additional equipment
Components such as clamping jaws, nylon belts, pushing cylinders or pulling cylinders provide adequate comfort and efficiency bus repair work using the HIGHTOWER HYBRID™ tower.
